1. Introduction

Welcome to Caleris, the consulting brand of caleryx.com offering corporate compliance, governance, and risk management consulting services. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our consulting engagements, digital products, and physical goods.

2. Scope of Offerings

2.1 Consulting Services

We provide advisory and implementation services in compliance, governance frameworks, and risk management methodologies tailored to organizational needs.

2.2 Digital Products

Our digital products include training modules, templates, and guides delivered electronically.

2.3 Physical Goods

We supply printed manuals, workbooks, and branded materials related to our consulting topics.

3. Fees and Payment

All fees are invoiced upon confirmation of order or engagement. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed. We accept approved payment methods as noted on our invoice. Late charges may apply for past-due invoices. For billing inquiries, please use our contact form.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellation

Consulting engagements may be rescheduled if notice is provided at least 48 hours before the scheduled start. We will accommodate new dates subject to consultant availability. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the start date may not be accommodated.

5. Refund Policy

Our refund provisions vary by offering type. To request any refund, submit a written request via our contact form with invoice or order reference and details.

5.1 Consulting Services

If a consulting engagement has not commenced, you may receive a full refund less a CAD 100 administrative fee if requested within 7 calendar days of invoice date. Once a substantial portion of the engagement has been delivered, refunds are not available due to the customized nature of our service. Instead, you may transfer the remaining service hours to another date at no additional charge if requested within 7 calendar days of invoice date.

5.2 Digital Products

Requests for digital product refunds must be made within 14 calendar days of delivery. If access credentials have not been used, we will issue a full refund. If any portion of the digital product has been accessed or downloaded, we are unable to refund due to content distribution and licensing terms.

5.3 Physical Goods

You may request a refund or exchange for physical goods within 30 calendar days of receipt. Goods must be unused, in original packaging, and shipped to our address at your expense. Once we inspect and confirm the condition, we will issue a refund for the item price within 14 days of receipt, less original shipping charges. Shipping costs for returns are not refundable.

6. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. We will notify you by email once processing is complete.

7. No-Refund Services

Certain offerings—such as customized compliance workshops or on-site assessments scheduled exclusively for your team—are non-refundable due to resource allocation and preparatory work. This policy ensures fair access to our consultants’ time and expertise.

8. Amendments

Caleris reserves the right to modify these terms at any time by posting revised terms at caleryx.com. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Provision

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
